Getting the right ring size is especially important for tungsten rings — unlike gold or silver, tungsten cannot be resized after manufacturing. Take a moment to measure carefully before placing your order.
How to Measure Your Ring Size at Home
Method 1: Use a String or Paper Strip
- Cut a thin strip of paper or use a piece of string
- Wrap it snugly around the base of the finger you plan to wear the ring on
- Mark where the paper or string overlaps
- Measure the length in millimeters
- Use the chart below to find your size
Method 2: Measure an Existing Ring
- Place a ring that fits well on a ruler
- Measure the inner diameter in millimeters
- Match the measurement to the chart below

Sizing Tips
- Measure at the end of the day — fingers are slightly larger in the evening due to natural swelling
- Measure when warm — cold temperatures can cause fingers to shrink temporarily
- Consider the width — wider bands (8mm+) tend to fit more snugly; if you're between sizes, size up for wider rings
- Dominant hand — your dominant hand is typically slightly larger; measure the specific finger you plan to wear the ring on
- When in doubt, size up — it's easier to add a ring adjuster than to exchange a tungsten ring
