Ring Sizing

What ring sizes do you offer?

We offer a wide range of sizes to accommodate most customers. Please refer to our size guide or contact us if you need help determining your size.

How do I measure my ring size?

The easiest way is to use a ring sizer tool or visit a local jeweler. You can also measure the inner diameter of a ring that already fits well and compare it to a standard ring size chart. When in doubt, size up — tungsten rings cannot be resized.

Can tungsten rings be resized?

No — tungsten is an extremely hard metal and cannot be resized after manufacturing. It is important to order the correct size. We recommend measuring your finger at the end of the day when fingers are slightly larger.

Custom Engraving

Can I customize the engraving text or logo?

Yes! We specialize in custom engravings including text, names, dates, and logos. Simply email us your design idea at customjewelry14@gmail.com and we'll work with you to bring it to life.

How long does a custom engraved order take?

Custom orders typically take 3-5 business days to process before shipping. Complex designs may take slightly longer — we'll confirm the timeline with you before proceeding.

Can I return or exchange an engraved ring?

Because engraved rings are made specifically for you, they are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please double-check all engraving details before submitting your order.

About Tungsten

What is tungsten and why is it a good choice for rings?

Tungsten carbide is one of the hardest metals available, making it highly scratch-resistant and extremely durable. It maintains its polish and finish far longer than gold or silver, making it an excellent choice for everyday wear — especially for wedding bands.

How do I care for my tungsten ring?

Tungsten rings are low-maintenance. Simply clean with warm water and mild soap, then dry with a soft cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals and ultrasonic cleaners. Because tungsten is so hard, it will not scratch under normal wear conditions.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

We process orders within 1-3 business days. Domestic orders ship via USPS First Class Mail and typically arrive within 5–8 business days after shipment.

How much does shipping cost?

Domestic shipping is a flat rate of $4.99.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship to domestic US addresses only. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Non-engraved rings may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Please contact us to obtain an RMA number before sending any item back.
